hi,
on win2000 server family,i want to start OracleManagementServer ,using Administrative Tools/Services...
and i got a message :
Error 997: Overlapped I/O operation is on progress
what should i do ?

After you installed OMS, did you create OMS repository either by the GUI or by running emca.bat? If not do so - you need a OMS repository to start the OMS.
